Strukta Group acquire SNS Building Products

We are excited to announce that we have acquired SNS Building Products, expanding our reach by a further two branches and adding a further £6.5 million turnover to the group. 

SNS whose 50-year trading anniversary is next year, has two strategically located branches in Reading and Farnborough and this acquisition takes strukta Group to 9 branches with a 10th planned to open in the coming months.

Both companies have long histories of exceptional customer service backed up by large stocks and free next day or same day delivery. And with strukta Group’s industry leading 99% on time in full, this will enable us to provide this experience to a wider geographical area.

Michael Brown, Managing Director of SNS will remain in the business and work with Myles Moggach, Managing Director of strukta Group, to ensure the business’ successful integration.
