Staff Coach and Instructor Philip Else is an accomplished teacher of kickboxing, grappling and Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) holding classes in Reading for the last 5 years. Phil himself trains with Leigh Remidios and Gaz Roriston, two highly respected fighters in British MMA. Phil has studied the martial arts for over ten years training in karate, judo, kung fu, no-gi jiu jitsu, wrestling, boxing and muay thai. As an expert fighter he has experience competing at all levels in MMA, karate, kickboxing and submission grappling.
